We are seeking to fulfill two positions Technical Product Manager (TPM) for Goertek Alpha-Labs to lead VR/VR product portfolios. The ideal candidate will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology research and product objectives. Responsibilities include: Deep understanding of VR/XR research projects and business. Conducting product and market research, including competitive analysis and customer needs assessment. Building relationships with key customers and partners. Creating product strategy documents detailing customer problems, use cases, business plans, technical requirements, and ROI. Translating strategy into technology research requirements and specifications for prototyping. Monitoring product performance and owning business metrics. Leading public communication initiatives and serving as a product/technology expert. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA desired. 8+ years in technical product management, strategy, or research. Proven track record in launching and managing VR/XR products. Proficiency in product management tools and document creation. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and cross-functional teamwork. Market research and competitive analysis experience. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset. Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired. Preferred Qualifications: Agile/Scrum methodology experience. VR user experience/study experience. Roadmap strategy and VR/XR product definition experience. New technology R&D leadership. 3+ years building customer relationships in VR/XR. Business analysis or process improvement experience. Seniority level
