Technimark is a rapidly growing global manufacturer of custom rigid plastics solutions. Working in conjunction with some of the world’s most respected companies, we create, design, and deliver products across multiple industry sectors including healthcare, packaging, industrial, and consumer products. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing plant in Latrobe, PA and drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, cost management, and quality control.

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards. You'll collaborate across departments, support cost reduction initiatives, and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to help us stay at the forefront of the industry.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong focus on Injection Molding and operational leadership.
• Manufacturing Safety: Uphold and promote stringent safety protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet software and digital communication tools.
• A passion for driving lean manufacturing initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a safe and secure workplace for all employees.

Job Function

• Managing plant operations and ensuring production goals are met in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Supporting Lean Manufacturing tools and policies to continually improve plant performance.
• Providing insights to senior leadership and recommending improvements to optimize costs, efficiency, and safety.
• Leading cross-functional teams to implement new programs and projects, ensuring successful on-time delivery.
• Acting as a key liaison with external suppliers and customers to maintain excellent service levels and cost-effective solutions.
• Fostering a collaborative culture where employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with our business objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to address customer complaints, product rejections, and manage rework processes effectively.
• Manage scheduling for a 2,2,3; 12-hour shift rotation.
