Position Summary The GI Advanced Practitioner position is located in Foggy Bottom, one of DC’s prime locations. The GW Medical Faculty Associates is the nation's largest independent practice, consisting of 52 medical and surgical specialties. We are committed to clinical excellence and quality care. As part of the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences faculty, our providers serve as teachers and mentors for medical students, residents, and researchers, maintaining our tradition of academics, research, and healing. We are seeking an experienced GI Advanced Practitioner to join our outpatient practice. The GW MFA offers benefits such as pre-tax parking, work/life balance, mentorship, and CME opportunities. Education A master's degree in nursing and completion of an approved nurse practitioner program Current ANCC certification D.C. licensure or in the process of obtaining it Experience At least two years of relevant experience Familiarity with GI specialty #INDGWU About GW MFA
The GW Medical Faculty Associates provides comprehensive patient care across 52 medical and surgical specialties. As part of the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences, our providers are educators and mentors. We maintain close ties with The George Washington University and GW Hospital, and have active referral relationships with 12 area hospitals. Our healthcare presence extends throughout the DC metro region with community-based practices in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Located centrally in NW Washington, DC, and near numerous embassies, we are expanding our international clinical outreach.
