Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Outdoor Educator at The Garden Montessori located in Pinehurst, NC. The Outdoor Educator will be responsible for lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training in an outdoor learning environment. Training provided. Salary and benefits are competitive.

- Lesson Planning and Education skills
- Strong Communication and Teaching abilities
- Experience in Training individuals
- Passion for outdoor education and environmental stewardship
- Ability to work effectively in an outdoor setting
- Training and Experience in Montessori education is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Environmental Science, Outdoor Education, Psychology, Child Development or related field is ideal
