The Royster Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Atlanta, GA.

Duties Include
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and strategic partners to leverage for hard to fill positions and positions in remote locations.
- Develop talent pipelines by fostering relationships with professional associations and other specialty organizations.
- Source professional candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Seven (7) years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Four (4) years of experience recruiting senior-level management and physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers.
- Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
