Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Provider Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare providers, including Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physicians, Physician Assistants (Client), and other clinical professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for specialties such as Orthopedics and Pain Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
- Manage interviews, negotiations, and hiring processes to ensure seamless candidate placement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand provider staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare recruitment, particularly within Orthopedics and Pain Management.
- Conduct background checks, verify credentials, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete for new hires.
- Previous experience in recruiting healthcare providers, particularly for Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, or similar roles.
- Experience in recruiting for specialties such as Orthopedics and Pain Management is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, credentialing processes, and best practices.
- Competitive base salary ($80,000 - $90,000)
- Onsite position with regular hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
