Description
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida’s Therapeutic Foster Care Program provides therapy, support, and training to children and families in the foster care system. This therapist position is responsible for providing therapy to children and adolescents in foster homes/schools/ community settings, assessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, consulting with and training foster parents on therapeutic interventions and behavioral programs, and providing on-call telephone support for the program’s foster homes on a rotating basis. Devereux provides laptop, iphone, and travel reimbursement.

This position range is part time: $23.56 - 26.86 / hourly. full time: Salary 51,000 - 62,700/annually is based on relevant education, Licensure, and experience.
Schedule:
part time or full time; Typically Monday-Friday; this position coversHillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.

Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology field
required
2+ years experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related
required
Other Requirements:
Valid FL State Issued Driver's license
Must be able to attend a 3 day orientation (Monday-Wednesday from 9am-5pm)
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen and TB Test.
