Tier 1 Network Administrator
to support
ATS
and our government customer in Washington, DC.
This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

We are seeking an experienced
Tier 2 Network Administrator
to investigate and resolve complex network issues escalated from the Tier 1 team. The Tier 2 Network Administrator will troubleshoot and resolve advanced network problems covering routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and more. Responsibilities include analyzing logs, packet captures, and monitoring data to identify root causes. This role will interact with other infrastructure teams, document solutions, and provide knowledge transfer back to the Tier 1 team. Advanced scripting/automation skills are required. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field 3-5 years of network administration and troubleshooting experience Strong understanding of routing protocols, network services, and security Experience with network monitoring, traffic analysis, and scripting tools
Key Skills: Expert-level troubleshooting abilities for complex network issues Proficiency in coding/scripting languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze technical data, identify patterns, and provide solutions Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
Desired Certifications: CCNA, Network+, Security+
