Summary of Primary Functions : Satisfies Customer's project requirements in the most effective and advantageous manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products. Provides the customer service department with organization and systems necessary to increase the satisfaction customers derive from their transactions with Tindall.
Plans, develops, and implements methods and procedures to delight customers, improve operations, and minimize operating costs.
Establishes and maintains controls on take-off quality, service quality, on time and complete deliveries, and trucking costs.
Maintains the first or next delivery date, along with the corresponding production schedule, on at least 80% of all booked orders.
Maintains a log of all customer complaints, documenting fix and reoccurrence prevention action competition.
Drives down A/R balances by resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
Actively participates and contributes in the Tindall Quality Improvement Process.
Ongoing personal development through education and application of education.
Makes somewhat independent decisions including: Production Scheduling, Material Ordering, Customer logistics of delivery.
Has daily contact with fellow employees in other units of the company, top management, customers and vendors/suppliers and Federal/State government agencies.
Weekly instruct, check, verify work of others or coordinate the workflow of others
Job Specifications or Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Experience : 1 year or less of related experience is required.
