This role will focus on:
The Total Rewards Manager for the Americas region plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees across North America and Latin America. This multifaceted position involves overseeing a broad spectrum of responsibilities related to compensation and benefits. From staying updated on evolving laws and regulations to crafting and refining policies, the Total Rewards Manager collaborates with the Group Center of Excellence to align with our pay philosophy specifically for the Americas. They work closely with HR leaders from different countries in the region to understand and address regional compensation dynamics effectively. Additionally, the Total Rewards Manager collaborates with the Americas Leadership Team to develop and implement sales incentive plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving performance across the region. Meticulously reviewing payroll cycles, contributing to compensation and benefits strategies, and fostering seamless collaboration with HR Business Partners are key aspects of this role, aimed at enhancing the employee experience in the Americas region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the Group Center of Excellence (COE) to align total rewards with the organization's pay philosophy, ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations while focusing specifically on the Americas region.
- Craft, revise, and implement comprehensive total rewards policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the Americas region, taking into account industry best practices and regional variations.
- Meticulously audit and review payroll cycles processed by ADP for accuracy, ensuring compliance with regional and international requirements.
- Engage in cross-collaboration with HR leaders from North and South America to gain insights into regional compensation and benefits practices, facilitating a cohesive approach across the Americas.
- Conduct thorough analyses of the division's compensation and benefits structure in the Americas, making strategic recommendations for enhancements and efficiencies.
- Oversee and manage employee benefit plans for the Americas region, collaborating closely with benefits brokers, ADP Workforce Services, and third-party administrators.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date benefit and enrollment data in all HR systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for employees in the Americas.
- Provide vital support for international transfer and relocated colleagues processes in the Americas, ensuring seamless compliance with applicable laws and regulations, along with Group Mobility Policy.
- Lead the planning and execution of employee communication initiatives related to compensation and benefits in the Americas, enhancing employees' understanding and appreciation of their benefits offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) in the Americas to ensure a unified and consistent employee experience in compensation and benefits matters.
- Drive the annual benefits renewal process for the Americas region, incorporating leadership input, market research, and cost analysis into strategic recommendations.
- Conduct informative training sessions on compensation and benefits-related topics for HR teams and employees in the Americas, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of total rewards programs.
- Spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing total rewards processes and enhancing operational efficiency, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Apply a keen attention to detail, strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to assess and enhance total rewards programs in the Americas.
- Maintain open and effective communication and collaboration with colleagues at all organizational levels within the Americas, upholding the highest standards of data confidentiality and integrity.
Who you’ll be working with:
- Americas Division Leadership Team: Engage closely with senior leaders to integrate HR strategies with business goals, focusing on total rewards and compliance initiatives.
- Regional HR Leaders: Collaborate with regional HR leaders to implement total rewards strategies tailored to regional needs and opportunities, including benefits management and compliance.
- Legal Experts: Consult frequently with legal experts to ensure all total rewards policies and initiatives comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Global Rewards Center of Excellence (COE): Coordinate with the Global Rewards COE to ensure that regional total rewards initiatives align with global strategies and best practices.
- ADP Workforce Services: Work closely with ADP Workforce Services for payroll processing and compliance reviews, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
- International HR Leaders: Engage in cross-collaboration with HR leaders from various countries to gain insights into regional compensation nuances and benefits practices.
- External Partners and Vendors: Liaise with external organizations, including benefits brokers, 401K administrators, educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and diversity-focused groups, to support talent acquisition, compliance, and diversity goals.
- Employees: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding total rewards-related inquiries, ensuring that they understand and appreciate the value of our compensation and benefits programs.
- Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders involved in total rewards-related initiatives, such as senior management, finance, and legal teams, to align total rewards strategies with business objectives.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields is preferred, with diverse educational backgrounds and life experiences being valued. Relevant certifications are highly regarded but not required.
- Global and Multicultural Awareness: Understanding of global and multicultural environments, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural dynamics with sensitivity and respect.
