General Responsibilities: Previous experience in a customer service environment Prior managerial experience and ability to direct and encourage every team member in the department Supervise that the entire rental process is done correctly and in a timely manner Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with lots of passion Good communication skills both written and oral Great organizational skills and an ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A 'how can I help you' attitude This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service and has the ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve targets.
