Job Title: Member Services Specialist
Rochester, NH (In-Person, Part-Time)
The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local businesses and fostering a thriving community. We are seeking a proactive and professional Member Services Specialist to join our team and help educate and assist our members on the valuable benefits of Chamber membership.
The Member Services Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our members have the resources and support they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent customer relations skills, and have experience in database management, digital marketing, and social media management.
Manage and update member information in the Chamber’s database.
Support member engagement through digital marketing efforts and social media.
Respond to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Proven experience with database management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week.
Location: In-person at our office in Rochester, NH.
