Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: Commodities exchanges, ISO/RTOs and power master agreements – ISDA, EEI and WSPP Commodity products – Power, Natural Gas, Carbon, and Weather Derivatives Confirmations process and workflows ISO/RTO and bilateral settlement processes and timelines ISO/RTO data extracts for billing and settlements Complex structured transactions and options Abilities, Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of settlements experience with ISO/RTOs and bilateral counter parties Ability to reconcile ISO/RTO invoices – ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM, MISO, SPP, ERCOT and CAISO Ability to navigate physical tagging and ISO/RTO data extracts. Ability to continue both education and IT enhancements in an effort to drive efficiency in processes and procedures. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made Ongoing collaboration with other functional teams – trading, operations, accounting, trade finance, management etc. Document and modify documentation of all settlement’s processes and procedures. Continued review, documentation and education of changing ISO/RTO and bilateral settlements procedures Ability to work in both a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Confidence and accountability in decision making. Allegro ETRM system experience is a plus. PowerOptix experience is a plus. VBA and programming experience is a plus.
