ABOUT TRAILBORN GRAND CANYON
Our Trailborn Grand Canyon hotel is located in Williams, Arizona, the "Gateway to the Grand Canyon," on the historic Route 66. The hotel features 96 guest rooms, a southwestern steakhouse restaurant and bar, a large beer hall-style events space, and outdoor gathering spaces including a pool and firepit.

ABOUT OUR ROLE
We are seeking a full-time Night Auditor responsible for running all end of day financial reports, oversee security of the property, and ensure guest satisfaction and requests are met as the sole front office teammate during the overnight period.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of the hotel
- Make and confirm guest reservations
- Verify guests' credit and establish how they will pay for the accommodation upon check-in
- Keep record of room availability and guests' accounts using property management system
- Perform simple bookkeeping activities, such as balancing receipts and revenue for the day, and perform income audit on all revenues posted
- Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process
- Contact overnight housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems
- Respond to inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
- Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary
- Complete "bucket checks" to ensure all accounts are current and comply with standards established by the hotel's Controller
Minimum Qualifications:
- Communicate clearly, whether in writing (e.g., giving written instructions) or verbally
- Ability to communicate in English, verbal and written
- A great smile, attitude and desire to work with an energetic team!
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a hotel or resort setting
- Work safely to prevent on-the-job accidents and injuries, wear protective equipment as required.
- Work safely to ensure company equipment is secure.
- Complete required training programs.
- Work hours may include a nonstandard workweek, overtime, and various shift work as needed.
