Transportation Clerk
This position focuses on providing clerical support within a warehouse environment and assisting with transportation department operations. The responsibilities outlined involve tasks like scheduling, managing communications with drivers, and data entry.
Starting Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly Pay Rate
Responsibilities:
Communication: Contact drivers, gather ETAs, and respond to phone calls and walk-ins with professionalism. Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate information in databases. Customer Service: Provide high-level support for internal teams and external contacts. General Clerical Support: Assist with additional tasks within the transportation department. Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED. Skills: Bilingual (Spanish), computer/email proficiency, and basic experience in receiving and driving. Experience: Previous work in receiving, or a similar role.
