Travel FLEX - 12hr:36hr D/N Rotation, E/O Weekend, E/O Holiday. Required Experience: Minimum 1 year IMCU experience plus 2+ years recent medsurg and tele experience. Experience in neuro care, MIs, and trachs is required. Candidates must be able to care for patients with complex medical needs, independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips, and pass a telemetry test on day 1. Preferred Experience: critical care experience. The unit sees a mix of IMCU, neurology, and medsurg patients, with a high volume of neuro, medicine, and cardiology patients, including care for chronic vents, trachs, and high acuity heart failure. The unit has 27 beds with an average patient ratio of 1:3 (IMCU) and 1:4 or 1:4-5 for MedSurg patients. Benefits
