Physical Therapist ~ PT
Salary: $40/hr - $50/hr, based on experience - Available Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN

ROLE: As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver personalized physical therapy plans, encompassing assessment, treatment, planning, education, and ongoing communication to help each patient achieve their functional goals. You'll also foster positive relationships with fellow healthcare providers and support staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: We seek candidates who have:
- Expertise in addressing the physical and developmental needs of the various age groups we serve.
- Ability to maintain composure during emergencies or crises.
- Graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
- A minimum of one year experience as a physical therapy aide.
- A valid license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will:
- Provide hands-on patient care, assess functional needs, and consult with specialists as necessary.
- Create individualized care plans based on thorough assessments, involving family and caregivers when applicable.
- Maintain high standards of therapy practice.
- Guide support staff in achieving patient-centered functional goals.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to departmental policies regarding quality improvement, safety, and infection control.
- Document evaluations, treatment goals, and plans accurately, ensuring timely updates.
- Engage in professional development and educational opportunities to enhance personal and team growth.
- Lead and mentor support staff, advocating for physical therapy within the community.
- Demonstrate effective communication and decision-making skills.
- Comply with all community safety policies and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
- Remain familiar with the Employee Handbook and adhere to all outlined policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
