: Two or more years of residential HVAC installation/retrofitting experience, 1-3 years of commercial install experience preferred RMGA Certification Required EPA Type II & CORE Required EPA Universal Certified Preferred Completion of H.S./GED NATE Certified Preferred Completion of Trade/Vocational School Preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills. High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must be able to pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities: Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck, Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats. Physical Demands:
Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day Comfortable and capable of working in attics, basements and crawl spaces.
