Tryon Equine Hospital is perfectly positioned between three equestrian show facilities, including Tryon International Equestrian Center, with ~ 36 weeks of hosted competitions annually. The shows provide expansive diversity in equestrian disciplines, including FEI dressage, jumpers, hunter jumping, eventing and driving disciplines to rodeo and PBR. With a four-season equestrian community, you can put down roots in a great location where there is never a shortage of clients traveling in for shows, eliminating the nomadic sport horse veterinarian lifestyle. Responsibilities:

1. Provide extraordinary patient care and client experience in a team approach.
2. Complement a team of ten veterinarians, including three board-certified surgeons and one board-certified internal medicine clinician.
3. Engage in ambulatory practice and support advanced imaging techniques.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in or a strong desire to develop skills in sport horse practice.
2. Licensure and accreditation to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina.
3. Completion of The Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG) certification program for foreign applicants.
