The Role
The Warehouse Associate is part of Turf Tank's Warehouse department and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Associate's main function is to work collectively with the Warehouse team to perform all inbound and outbound duties. Warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management will all be necessary. This team member will work closely with other warehouse team members and neighboring departments, ensuring the accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
The role will be crucial in ensuring that all of Turf Tank’s products (robots, paint, spare parts, etc.) are processed and distributed accurately and urgently. The consistent, accurate, and efficient completion of tasks will measure the success of this role.
What You’ll Do
- receive all inbound shipments
- process orders submitted through our ERP system; from picking inventory to staging the product
- communicate with other departments as necessary regarding returned products and inventory to ensure successful handoff of processes
Inventory Management
- assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels in the warehouse
- report any warehouse discrepancies through the appropriate channels

The Warehouse Associate must have….
- a high level of attention to detail
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience
- 1-2 years of forklift experience
- a general knowledge of warehouse-related safety procedures
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- an active forklift certification
- steel-toed shoes or boots
Requirements
- overnight travel is required up to 5% of the time
- day travel is required up to 5% of the time
- general work hours are 8am - 5pm
- possess a valid driver's license
- must pass a background/MVR and drug screen before the start date
- must participate in our random drug screen lottery
Physical Requirements
- lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday
- stand for 7+ hours a day
- sit for varying amounts of time
- work above shoulder height, at waist level, and below waist level
