Your Role
Do you want to lead all aspects of marketing and demand generation for UBS Asset Management across the Americas? Are you skilled at coordinating and implementing long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with a global approach, working closely with digital, content, and product marketing teams alongside sales and strategy counterparts?
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Drive the transformative journey for Americas marketing by leading strategic initiatives, elevating brand presence, and amplifying our message of excellence and innovation.
- Inspire, develop, and implement a unified marketing vision and strategy for the Americas region, collaborating with the Global Head of Channel Marketing to support business growth and lead day-to-day marketing activities.
- Lead the Americas marketing team, acting as a leader and mentor in alignment with UBS values.
- Manage relationships with local regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and maintain a robust risk management infrastructure.
- Analyze audience research to understand perceptions of UBS Asset Management and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the Americas value proposition is integrated into all marketing communications, aligned with UBS AM’s global messaging.
- Coordinate product-related media engagement plans for relevant audiences, including content creation and publications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global marketing colleagues, business, sales teams, and key stakeholders.
Salary Range
New York, Chicago: $130,000 to $175,000. The salary is based on experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. Discretionary incentive compensation may also apply. For benefits, visit ubs.com/usbenefits.
Your Team
You will work in the UBS Asset Management Americas Marketing team, based in New York, reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing in London. The team serves the US, Canada, and Latin America across Institutional, Wholesale, and Wealth Management channels, comprising Channel Marketing Managers, Campaign & Projects, Operations & Production, Content & Communications, and Events teams, collaborating with global colleagues.
Your Expertise
- 10+ years of marketing experience in asset management or financial services, with regional expertise in the Americas. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with financial advisors on marketing campaigns, with successful track records.
- Extensive investment knowledge; certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of financial advisor platforms and sales tactics tailored to client needs and channels.
- Proactive, flexible, organized, and collaborative attitude.
