Position Opening: HEAD SQUASH PROFESSIONAL
The Philadelphia Cricket Club seeks an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Head Squash Professional.
Club & Squash Program Overview
The Philadelphia Cricket Club is one of the finest private family-oriented full-service country clubs in America. The Club is situated on two campuses: Flourtown and St. Martin’s, offering various sporting and dining facilities.
The Club's Squash program is well-regarded, catering to members' social and competitive needs with diverse programs for all levels.
Head Squash Professional Overview
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in playing and coaching squash, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

The Head Squash Professional’s primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Report to the Club’s Director of Squash
- Coordinate member events and internal/external leagues
- Support the Club’s vision for delivering high-quality squash programs
- Work cooperatively with fellow staff
- Engage adult players and inspire new members
- Demonstrate sportsmanship and teamwork
- Teach daily private lessons and group clinics
- Provide tournament preparation to members
- Attend external US Squash junior tournaments
- Represent the Club at local programs and leagues
- Instruct and maintain knowledge of game rules
- Manage the Club’s online court reservation system
