Base pay range
$14.00/hr - $14.00/hr

What you get to do
- Review frontline applications and ensure the applicant meets all hiring requirements
- Conduct applicant placement interviews (in-person, phone call, or virtual)
- Maintain open and consistent communication via text, phone, and email with applicants
- Complete new hire processing appointments, including reviewing paperwork, I-9s, printing name tags, etc.
- Participate in on-site job fairs and hiring events
- Track candidate activity and disposition candidates in the applicant tracking system
- Assist the HR department in various functions, including but not limited to administrative duties and internal recruitment activities
- Assist in other areas of the Human Resources department as needed
What it takes to succeed
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/hour based on business needs, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a high aptitude for computer software programs
- A passion for customer service and excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to perform varied duties
- Attention to detail in fast-paced environment
What else is important
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout an entire work shift
- Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bending floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reaching overhead, superficial grasp, and delicate hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
- Must be willing to comply with all SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment grooming guidelines and employment standards
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, including extreme heat
- Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement.
- Consistently practice safe work habits, including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe situations
- Ability to complete all legal, company, and department training requirements within established timelines
