What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture, store, and compare production and test claims data
- Generate extensive reports on claims matches and mismatches based on variance thresholds
- Conduct trend analysis and report findings using data analytics
- Provide additional reporting on an ad hoc basis as requested by business and IT
- Take initiative and lead projects with minimal guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with strong PL/SQL skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with advanced Power BI skills
- Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Experience with claims data analysis is a bonus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in claims data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex datasets
- Familiarity with additional data visualization tools beyond Power BI
