Experience with customer data conversions Experience with vendor solutions - configuration, release management Knowledge of nGenue application Strong understanding of Order to Cash process Understanding of system integrations
Key Responsibilities:
Identify appropriate solutions and strategies which support business strategies and accomplish goals. Maintain relationships with business and IT partners to build influence and secure buy-in for governance functions. Create and refine the backlog in collaboration with the PO, deliver backlog refinement and sprint review documentation ssist with planning and coordination of requirements to drive solutions Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions Identify appropriate solutions and strategies that support business unit strategies and accomplish goals Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders, producing useful user stories and requirements pply technical knowledge to assist team thru queries, data analysis, data repair, and code development Collaborate with developer and tester to ensure stories are clear and concise and there is a shared understanding of the intent of the work item Create and implement release notes and work item closeout Develop documentation that tracks dependencies and backlog N+2 Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners and other stakeholders . Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings; lead collaboration of stakeholders long with PO, manage the impact of changes on stakeholders, identifying potential risks, and helping to develop and implement change management plans Follow the Constellation Agile practice utilizing the RACI for teams and projects. Experience in Energy/Utility Industry preferred, understanding of utility markets, including regulatory requirements dvanced SQL skills
