About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented entry-level Accountant to join our team at VIP Hospitality Group LLC in Beaverton, OR, The Dalles, OR, or Newport, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including coding invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software beyond QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- M3 experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
