Operations Manager - Dry Kings Restoration
Company Description Dry Kings Restoration is a local building restoration company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Specializing in disaster recovery solutions for commercial and residential buildings, we work with various properties to minimize damage and restore buildings to their normal operations. Our team is licensed, insured, and certified by the IICRC. Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day tasks related to water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, drying equipment rental, mold remediation, odor removal, pack-out, sanitizing/disinfection services, and general clean-up. Responsibilities: Manage restoration projects from start to finish. Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies. Provide training and support to staff as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in restoration or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the restoration industry. Seniority level:
