The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of credit-related activities, including the preparation of credit reports, joint due diligence vetting, structuring, and analysis of potential transactions. This role also involves preparing credit assessments with adjudication opinions, projections, and stress tests, which are subject to review by the Head of the Consumer and Industrial team. The VP of Credit Analyst will be expected to present and defend cases in various committees, prepare approval forms, and ensure that all conditions precedent to credit approval are met before closing or funding. Applicants for the Vice President of Credit Analyst position at the company should have a strong background in credit analysis and risk management.
