Vice President, Operations - Aerospace/Defense/Military/Government - Middle-Market, Private Equity Our client is a growing middle-market repair and maintenance services business serving the aerospace, defense, military and government sectors. The business has recently been acquired by a prominent, growth-focused financial sponsor with plans to drive significant growth through organic and acquisitive means. This is an entrepreneurial, hands-on environment that requires a transformational, process-oriented operations leader to drive transformational change and professionalize operations through the introduction of KPIs. You will oversee all day-to-day operations across multiple facilities and support significant growth as the business expands its geographic footprint on a national scale. Ideally you will have experience spent in large structured environments with exposure to the implementation of best practices and operational efficiency initiatives yet will be able to take that expertise and translate it successfully in a smaller, more nimble environment where there are less resources at hand. You will showcase strong communications and interpersonal skills as you interface cross functionally across the organization while also maintaining client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced financial sponsor and drive significant revenue growth.
