Responsibilities Registered Nurse - RN As an RN, you will be responsible for providing superior care to assigned residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of treatments, and quality assurance activities. This role also involves supervising staff and establishing relationships with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Qualifications Graduates from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's preferred. Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse. Knowledge of long-term care. Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Minimum 6 months RN experience preferred. Experience or education in elderly care preferred. Courteous and professional demeanor. Resident and customer-focused approach. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
