Restaurant Server Job Description
Emmy Squared Shaw is looking for experienced RESTAURANT SERVERS to join our growing team! Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant company that values exceptional service and teamwork.
Position Summary: The Restaurant Server reports to and is under the direction of the Restaurant Manager. The person in this role is responsible for providing exceptional service, taking orders, and delivering food to restaurant guests.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the guests in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Assess guest demeanor and provide service accordingly.
