Job Description
- Attending the guests coming for water sports activities immediately.
- Assisting the instructors in all activities at the water sports centre.
- Planning and managing boat trips, catamaran sailing excursions, etc., in accordance with the Standard Operation Guidelines.
- Work towards promoting sales.
- Maintaining the materials, machinery, other equipment, and consumables properly at the centre.
- Respecting and following the rules and regulations of Sun Island.
- Attend weekly meetings conducted by water sports.
- At all times observe the safety and security of the guests.
- Assisting and conducting practical courses in the absence of the instructor.
- Manage and conduct daily maintenance services to motorized and non-motorized equipment.
- Reporting to the base leader about faulty equipment, problems, and suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and sincerely.
- Updating watersports administration software and other required reports and records.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Have a good level of physical fitness and stamina
- Possess an outgoing personality
- Team player
- Flexible and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Water Sports Assistant Course (Desirable)
- Experience of working in a Water Sports environment (Desirable)
