The Part-Time Key Holder supports the management team by motivating and inspiring staff to meet store productivity goals. They help develop action plans and analyze sales data daily, weekly, and monthly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the management team to achieve sales targets through motivation, staff training, and customer service. Achieve personal sales goals. Foster a selling culture within the store. Model exemplary sales techniques and customer service. Assist in training, supervising, and developing store associates in customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations. Lead the team to ensure goal-oriented, motivated, and productive staff. Ensure cleanliness, correct pricing, and proper merchandising of products. Manage the store in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Maintain adequate sales floor coverage. Help track and meet KPI metrics, ensuring clear communication. Support the development of long-term client relationships through excellent customer service. Qualifications
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends as needed. High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1-3 years of related experience or training, or equivalent. Experience in retail jewelry and watches is highly desirable. EEOE Pay: $17.70 - $18.00 per hour plus commission. Additional Information
