Voice Speech Tuning Audio Specialist/Engineer
Speech Tuning- Conversational Banking
Our client, a Fortune 100 Credit Union, is looking to add a Voice Speech Tuning Audio Specialist to join their team in a remote capacity.
- W2 Contract. We can't do C2C arrangements. - Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. At this time we can only accept the following work authorizations: US Citizen, GC Holder, GC EAD, TN Visa. - This role can be remote, but all work must be done within the continental United States. To be considered, candidates are required to currently reside within the continental United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze call recordings, review reports, and assess data to identify areas for improvement in
Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational Banking . Implement changes to the tuning engine by identifying
in-grammar and out-of-grammar
sets and understanding transcription errors. Research and adjust speech recognition models to enhance accuracy, addressing issues related to unrecognized speech and false positives. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize
Microsoft TTS/STT
and
AudioCodes
integrations. Top Skills & Qualifications:
Speech Tuning Expertise
- Extensive experience in
speech tuning
within a voice recognition application. Data Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Ability to assess recordings and data to determine the best approach for improving speech recognition accuracy. Audio Engineering & NLP
- Background in
audio engineering or speech processing , with the ability to recommend tuning adjustments to vendors. Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Speech Studio, Microsoft STT/TTS solutions , and preferably
AudioCodes portal
