Mt. Juliet - Warehouse Manager - 2nd Shift - Receive over 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year!
Wilson Sporting Goods would like to announce an opening for our Mt. Juliet Warehouse. We are seeking a talented Warehouse Manager for 2nd Shift, who has experience in the warehouse distribution environment to join the team. This position will oversee inbound, outbound, and value-added service departments. The ideal candidate will be fully engaged and lead the team with a hands-on approach.

What You'll Do
The chosen candidate will manage in-house production in the following manner:
- Oversee overall safety, employee engagement, and workflow.
- Ensure the distribution center operates efficiently with all departments working cohesively together to meet the production goals of the DC.
- Lead and build a strong team to meet and exceed goals. Develop individuals and teams.
- Manage operations to meet customer needs.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team. Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold leaders accountable.
- Ensure continuous improvement in safety and productivity.
- Regularly communicate with supervisors on safety, productivity, policy, and improvements.
What We're Looking For
The following is a list of requirements that qualifies a respective candidate for the opportunity:
- 5+ years of distribution, operations, or supply chain experience in a management role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop people.
- Experience with working with WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Ability to gather and analyze data; use critical thinking skills; utilize basic math skills.
- Proficiency using Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Experience with employee relations on a department level.
- Ability to work in a diverse workforce environment.
