What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Coordinate resource needs with team members and other departments
2. Manage projects, oversee and delegate tasks, and engage in project design
3. Schedule and lead project meetings
4. Prepare agreements and communicate project details to team members
5. Responsible for financial performance of projects and proactive problem-solving
6. Provide quality control and assurance consistent with company standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
2. Licensed Professional Engineer, PLA, or applicable license
3. 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with team management experience
4. Strong leadership and project management skills
5. Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
