The Clinical Consultant utilizes their clinical knowledge and product expertise to serve as a customer advocate and recommend strategic and transformative solutions. Your role:
Partner with the Sales Team to support business growth and product deals. Develop clinical sales strategies to expand market share, including replacements and conversions. Build relationships with key clinical stakeholders, sponsors, and champions. Design and deliver workflow and technology evaluations that focus on optimization and align with customer KPIs. Lead customer presentations emphasizing clinical benefits and strategy. Coordinate on-site demonstrations and evaluations with decision-makers, focusing on solutions and workflow optimization. Educate customers on new software features and benefits to maximize product utilization. Collaborate on hospital-specific analyses to understand competitive positioning and identify opportunities. Ensure solutions meet customer needs and support large deals. Maintain relationships throughout the sales process to ensure solutions meet KPIs. Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Current RN with 7+ years in critical care, management, OR, or ED; or 5+ years in med device industry. Director experience preferred. Experience in clinical informatics, capital medical devices, or Philips Patient Monitoring is preferred. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, with strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to assess workflow models and deliver executive-level presentations. Must meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the role. Work Environment:
This is a field role requiring onsite presence at least 3 days/week or at customer locations. About Philips:

Target earnings $138,800–$148,600 annually plus benefits. Total rewards include PTO, 401k, HSA, stock plans, education reimbursement, and more. Additional Details:
