Responsibilities :
Greet clients warmly and professionally
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage client records and update information
Handle payments and process transactions
Maintain a clean and organized reception and common room areas
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
