At Wycliffe Bible Translators, your work is more than just a job. As a digital media intern, you'll be responsible for developing and producing brand resources that serve and engage people toward service in Bible translation. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in implementing successful plans that inspire, invite and engage people to participate in God's global mission.
Together with the Director of Workforce Innovation and team members, you'll contribute to design and video strategies, using your analytical and creative thinking skills to advance Wycliffe's mission. Additionally, you'll help ensure content reflects our organizational and team ethos, while remaining responsive to internal and external partners in efforts to attain greater missional effectiveness.
You'll partner with Global Workforce Services (GWS) leadership and other GWS team members to: Shepherd and steward GWS resources to further Wycliffe USA's strategic priorities, principles and objectives. Actively participate in GWS team engagements when possible to optimize team culture, cohesion, performance and outcomes. Responsibilities
You'll make an impact as you:
Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for people from around the world to experience transformation. Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation. Live out the conviction that "work flows through relationship" by passionately "loving God and loving people" through word and deed. Promote team and organizational culture standards, ensuring high customer service standards. Collaborate on departmental initiatives to provide a best-in-class experience for Wycliffe USA future and existing staff. Assist with cross-functional team responsibilities and tactical team/departmental initiatives. Represent the GWS team in meetings, projects, workshops and partnership efforts, as assigned. Work alongside the Director of Workforce Innovation and other team members to pioneer initiatives that drive innovation and optimize our workforce. Conceptualize, develop, improve and implement video and graphic design for key mobilization initiatives, lead generation and internal employer branding. Craft compelling design and video messages, utilizing templates to create consistency. Work with other team members to create content that aligns with brand guidelines, mission and audience interests across multiple channels. Support the implementation of best-practice communication strategies across multiple channels and audiences. Perform other duties as assigned by the Employer Branding Specialist, Director of Workforce Innovation and Chief Human Resources Officer. Minimum Skill Sets

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office suite and Canva and proficient with Google applications. Familiar with web-conferencing systems, with Zoom experience preferred. Ability to conduct internet research and learn new software as needed, especially video editing or whiteboard video applications. Education & Experience
At least two years of experience in graphic design or video production; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Ministry experience preferred. Spiritual and Personal Commitments:

Compensation
This is a casual, part-time paid internship opportunity. The hourly hiring range is $18.00 - $20.00. Interns will be classified as temporary, non-exempt employees and will be compensated at an hourly rate based on their level of engagement and participation in the program. This compensation is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Interns will receive a W-2 form for tax filing purposes at the end of the calendar year. Additionally, the range for this position is based upon and considers Wycliffe's non-profit ministry environment.
