Express Employment is seeking Yard Laborers to team up with our client in the Penn Hills area!
Starting pay - $16/hr
Start time - 6 am start
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks including cleaning vehicles, removing parts, and organizing the yard. Operate basic machinery like lifts and loaders to move vehicles and parts. Assist with draining fluids from vehicles and removing parts like tires, batteries, and other components. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by picking up trash, car parts, and other debris. Set and move vehicles on wheel stands to prepare for further processing. Handle and remove various vehicle parts in preparation for recycling or disposal.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in an outdoor, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment. Previous experience in general labor, construction, or automotive work is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling materials and maintaining safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Comfortable working with machinery and heavy equipment. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs). Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
for effective communication with team members and customers.
