Young Mens Christian Association of Central Ohio Development Operations Manager (Project Management) The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking a Development Operations Manager to support our Advancement team in building strong donor relationships and advancing our mission. This role manages the donor database (Raiser's Edge NXT), oversees gift processing and reporting, and ensures smooth fundraising operations. The manager collaborates across departments to track donor engagement, maintain data integrity, and generate reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities include: Managing the CRM system/donor database, including maintenance, data entry, reporting, queries, and cleanup projects. Developing key performance indicators, dashboards, and contribution reports for leadership. Performing data entry, record cleanup, establishing data procedures, and coordinating data exchange with other departments. Updating relationship managers, opportunities, and processes to support relationship management for fundraisers. Tracking and reporting on donor and partner pipeline cultivation, follow-ups, and progress. Preparing financial reports for monthly and year-end reconciliation in collaboration with the Finance department. Managing gift acceptance, acknowledgment, pledge fulfillment, and donor data management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, in partnership with the Accounting Team. Engaging YMCA supporters through campaigns, content, and list generation to enhance the donor experience. Preparing memos, documents, and research for donor visits and impact tours. Providing administrative support to the Chief Development Officer and VP of Development, including scheduling, travel, and meeting prep. Leading volunteer recruitment and onboarding to engage supporters. Working effectively with diverse groups and upholding commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism. Following policies related to youth boundaries, participating in abuse risk management training, and reporting suspicious behaviors. This job is currently active and accepting applications.
