Stetson Ranch has an opening for Overnight Residential Counselor in our Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10–20.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for participants.
2. Crisis intervention.
3. Case management/advocacy and all related documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Directly related employment experience.
2. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent and/or additional experience working with youth.
3. Strong organization and communication skills.
4. Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making.
5. Flexible, energetic, and creative with a desire to be part of a team of professionals.
