Our team helps individuals with mental health issues, offering opportunities for both new and experienced professionals. As a TBS behavior coach, you will work intensively with participants in their homes or community settings, providing up to 20 hours of services weekly. Your role involves designing and supporting interventions to modify behaviors or teach new skills, helping children and their families achieve independence. Position Details Title: Mental Health Counselor Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday Salary Range: $24.81 - $31.66/hour, plus $2500 sign-on bonus, based on experience Benefits include: 21 PTO days, 9 holidays, 401k matching up to 6%, healthcare premiums with company contributions, and more. Responsibilities Provide trauma-informed therapeutic services and care coordination to at-risk youth, young adults, and their families. Services occur in various settings including homes, schools, clinics, and emergency settings. Minimum Requirements Enrollment in or possession of a relevant M.A. degree or equivalent work experience. Certification to conduct CANS/ANSA assessments (if applicable). Experience in counseling, risk assessment, crisis response, and cultural responsiveness. Valid CA Driver’s License, dependable transportation, and computer proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge in diagnostic assessment, crisis management, and behavioral treatments. Experience with the target population and program modalities. Bilingual in Spanish.
