Industrial Automation & Robotic Welding Sales Engineer

• A related 2-year engineering degree and 3+ years of sales application engineering experience is a requirement for this position.
• 1 year of industrial robotic automation experience, 1 year of robotic welding experience, 1 year of electric motor and servo experience, and 1 year of PLC experience is also a requirement.
• Pay is up to $125,000.
• Must be a United States or Green Card holder.
• No remote as this is an onsite position.
• Full-time, permanent, W-2 employee.
• Full benefits.
• No relocation.
• Located in the Pewaukee, Wisconsin area.

There are advancement opportunities, and this position could grow into a management role, if that is of interest. Duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Creating solutions to customer problems.
• Working with customers and engineers to create industrial automation systems or their components.
• Creating engineering drawings.
• Leading engineering design reviews.
• Attaining vendor pricing and delivery.
• Determining customer pricing and creating profitable, attainable sales proposals.
• Traveling domestically and internationally to customer sites as needed.

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

• A related 2-year engineering degree.
• 3 years of sales application engineering experience.
• 1 year of industrial robotic automation experience.
• 1 year of robotic welding experience.
• 1 year of electric motor and servo experience.
• 1 year of PLC experience.
• Possess the ability to travel domestically and internationally to customer sites as needed.
• Possess a solid work history.
• Being a US or green card holder.
• Having a residence within a 45-minute drive.
