Insight Global is looking for a sharp Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist to join an established wire and cable ecommerce company sitting hyrbrid in Collegeville, PA. This is a contract-to-hire role with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.
In this role, the Order Processing Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to online shoppers by handling inquiries related to orders, requests for quote, products, returns, and technical issues via email, phone, and live chat. The Customer Service Specialist will support dailey ecommerce operations, monitor and manage customer relations, qualify and distribute leads, manager orders and returns, and maintain data in the required CRM system.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Order processing, order returns & exchange processing, order returns & exchange processing, user setup on the platform, password and platform access resets and changes
- Address inquiries, requests for quotes, order modifications, and other customer service-related tasks via eCommerce communication channels (e.g., email, phone, live chat)
- Assist eCommerce customers with order reviews, tracking, claims, returns, and other related needs
- Review and process incoming requests for quote including the determination of quality (lead score) distribution of the lead to the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions within the CRM system as needed
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
Required skills and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience in an ecommerce or digital environment
- Prior experience in order processing, returns, and exchanges
- Prior experience with CRM systems
