Customize existing systems, analyze and evaluate business procedures. Configure systems, prepare flow charts and diagrams outlining system capabilities and processes. Perform functional design, internal QA, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Maintain system documentation, conduct technical research on upgrades. Use object-oriented programming languages, client-server applications, ERP systems, multimedia, and internet technologies. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems.
