The Clinic Assistant works both in Appleton & Ashwaubenon.
The Clinic Assistant maintains smooth and efficient flow of patients in clinic, performs functions delegated by nursing and physician staff and maintains and promotes a safe, clean and organized environment for the delivery of care.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
:
Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic calculations at a level preferably acquired through completion of a high school education or equivalent. Currently registered with the State of Wisconsin Registry for Nursing Assistants/Home Health Aides to be eligible for employment in the basic provider settings plus federally certified home health agencies and hospices or a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant certifications are not required to be renewed after hire. Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare environment preferred. Experience in basic data entry helpful. Interpersonal skills necessary to gather and share information with physicians, patients, visitors, families, and team members in a courteous and confidential manner. Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient care needs. Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.

Certifications/Licenses:
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Health & Safety Association
