25-bed, critical access hospital Annual ED volume of 10,000-13,000 patients Easy transfers (ground and air) to Mercy Hospital - Springfield, an 886-bed level I trauma center and tertiary catchment hospital for a four-state area Hospitalists available 24-hours per day for admissions No hospitalist work or inpatient rounding required Imaging services available - MRI, CT, Ultrasound 24/7 RT Basic emergency procedures are available including Glidescope and Ultrasound No trauma designation EPIC EMR across Mercy Partnership with nearby medical schools for teaching (if desired) Rated in the top 5% nationally for overall clinical excellence by Healthgrades Named one of the top 100 critical access hospitals in the country Mercy Emergency Medicine Offers:
Schedule completed three months in advance for a great work/life balance 12-hour shifts, 12 shifts per month - flexible scheduling and blocks if desired - Part-Time also available Guaranteed hours and shifts - ability to work extra as desired Guaranteed hourly rate not dependent on wRVUs or production metrics $50,000 recruitment bonus plus paid relocation APP support available most days Less than 2 patients per hour Immediate parity and equal rotation and scheduling among the group Supportive physician mentors, partners, and friends Comprehensive, day-one benefits package for the entire family Occurrence-based liability insurance Aurora and Cassville are rural communities that offer proximity to Springfield, Branson, and Joplin.
