This opportunity gives you the ability to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is the entry level Maintenance Technician program that we have developed. RTS Companies is seeking a motivated individual to take charge of our *mold reconditioning and red tag program, *a critical part of our production process. You'll be responsible for cleaning, prepping, and reconditioning molds after use so they're fresh, tagged, and ready for future production runs. Over time, you'll be trained and developed into a *full Maintenance Technician* role with expanded responsibilities across the plant. This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who wants to learn, grow, and become a core part of our maintenance team. *What You'll Do* · *Recondition Molds:* Clean, inspect, and perform minor repairs on molds as they come off the machine. · *Tag and Track:* Accurately follow red tag/green tag procedures to ensure mold status is always clear. · *Organize Storage:* Return molds to proper storage with cleanliness and readiness top of mind. · *Learn on the Job:* Work side by side with experienced Maintenance Techs to begin learning diagnostics, welding, mechanical repairs, and more. · *Advance Your Skills:* This role is designed to prepare you for full-time Maintenance Technician work.
