Located in Indianapolis, IN, this opportunity invites motivated Speech-Language Pathologists to become integral members of a dedicated multidisciplinary team within a K-12 school environment. With multiple openings available, professionals will have the chance to work across various age groups, serving students from early childhood through high school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to each students unique needs.
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings, adapting to different educational levels.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow specialists to bolster student progress and outcomes.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required by state and federal regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Indiana State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for provisional licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
